Spent a non-driving day in Falmouth with Peter’s daughter Carolyn and her mother Cynthia.
Hiked the local trails (right out the door) with dog Bella.
Had lunch at Royal River Grill House on the harbor in Yarmouth (crab, lobster, etc).

Toured the Coastal School for Girls where Carolyn will be teaching.
Great blog Patrick; gorgeous pics and informative (yet succinct) comments!
And…I was totally unaware of your superhuman strengths…more soon!
Fred here; I left the (unintentionally anonymous) comment above, and got interrupted before I could finish; the “superhuman strengths” I was referring to were you holding up the tree and the rocky pinnacle!
Those, however, were jokes. What is not a joke is the lengthy standing ovation you got at our running club’s anniversary party last weekend, for your 25 years of service to the club; undoubtedly, and deservedly, you were the most honored and recognized individual of the evening. The party was great in every respect, but perhaps the best part was the opportunity to thank those, like yourself, that have made the club such a huge success, and an important part of our social lives.
Will be following your blog for the remainder of the trip…
